Information we collect

We only collect information that you choose to give us, or that we need to keep this website running safely.

Care enquiries. When you request a callback or a free assessment, we collect your name, phone number and ZIP code and, if you give them, your email address, who needs care, the type of care, the best time to call and any message you write.
Job applications. When you apply for a role, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the role you are interested in, your availability, anything you tell us about your experience and, if you choose to upload it, your resume.
Calls and emails. If you call or email us, we keep the details you share so we can help you.
Technical information. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use it to keep the website secure and working properly.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited, how long visits last, the type of device used and the approximate area a visit comes from. See Cookies below.

Please do not send detailed medical information through our website forms. We will talk through your loved one’s needs with you in person or by phone.

To call you back, answer your questions and arrange a free home assessment.

We only contact you by phone, text or email about your enquiry or application, as you agreed when you sent the form.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it:

with the companies that host our website and email, who handle it on our behalf and only to provide those services,
with Google, which provides our website analytics, as described under Cookies below,
within our team, with the people who need it to respond to you or provide care, and
when the law requires it, or to protect the safety of a client, caregiver or member of the public.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. It sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code) so it can tell one visit from another. We keep enquiry and application details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires. When we no longer need them, we delete them securely.

Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions go only to our office team. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it. No website can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
